Remarks

I was looking for a college nearest to me and NIT Kurukshetra was the best option available to me. I chose this college because of its NIRF ranking. I like the green campus and sports complex of the college very much.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is updated but still needs some addition and elimination. The entire syllabus is divided into eight semesters and is completed on time. There is Internship to be done compulsorily by third year students. The faculty members are expert and highly effective in teaching. My favourite professor is Dr JK Kapoor sir.

Placement Experience

Flipkart, Amazon, Samsung Google, Microsoft Facebook Airtel, Hero etc are the major companies which visit the campus for recruitment. The placement of CSE and IT department is almost 100% and for other branches it is good. The highest package offered is 40 lakh per annum and the median salary of college is 8 lakh per annum. The training and placement cell is responsible for placement. The alumni network is supportive and renowned in India.

College Events

The campus life is enjoyable and amazing if you like exploring yourself and want to be active always. Techspardha and Confluence are the biggest fest of NIT Kurukshetra. They are celebrated with great pomp and show and they receive participants in large numbers from different colleges and universities.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
