Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

I only applied for government colleges in Maharashtra ,Gujarat and Delhi. The main reason I choose this college specifically was it's industry connect and the image of college in the industry. Throughout the world in civil University is quite well known. I got rejection from NITs and it is due to my low score in the JEE mains exam. For admission NICMAR University Pune they have their own online exam and if you pass that there is a personal interview which you have to clear. They also consider JEE mains mhtcet exam also but the personal interview is compulsory. Admission experience was pretty smooth the whole process was online I only had to visit when my college started before that they was no requirement....Read More
