Remarks

Because the college is best for its placement. It has a beautiful campus environment. I am proud to study in this college. Here seniors are very good and helpful. They help a lot in studying. Here professors are very friendly and teaches very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are very good. We have physics, chemistry, maths, Digital logic, Design, Computer organization and Architecture, Data Structure and algorithm, Data Communication and Networks, Formal Language and Automata Theory, Numerical Methods.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Placement Experience

Good oportunity in job. CTS, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, Samsung, Audi, Amazon, Microsoft, Google. Placements are very good.

College Events

Campus Life is very good. We have various events like Tech Fest, Cultural Fest, etc. In every month we have quiz competition in which each student participate in this contest. Many students participate in those contests.

Fees and Financial Aid

95% percent in ISC and 90 % in ICSE. My friend has got a scholarship. There is a loan availability in our college.

Campus Life

Wi-Fi, infrastructure is good. Here labs are very good. We have sports facilities. We have Buddha Auditorium. We have a play ground. Students play various games like cricket, football, basketball, hockey, etc. We have a beautiful canteen. Students give gossip with their mates.

Hostel Facilities

Yes we have hostel facility. Many students who lives in far away from their houses have opted for hostel. Hostel life is very good. Many students live in hostel. They share everything even notes also. For example - Rakesh Mondal.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
