Remarks

Good facaulty, good environment and better teachers Very friendly ambience and teachers are too good teachers are friendly too and the college is also good especially the teachers of english honours are very caring and affectionate

The campus life was very good. There are various celebrations in the college. Basanta utsav is celebrated during holi. There was a freshers party in the college. Social is held every year. And many other things are done.

There is wifi and a good library too. In the library there are many books. There is good rules in the library and silence is maintained all the time. There is a lake beside our college. There is a play ground too.

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.
