Remarks

It has a good academic record. It comes under one of the top private institutions in India. It has a good placement record. The faculty here is also very knowledgeable and experienced. They know how to deal with students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academics are good enough and the faculties are also friendly and helpful"*except some*". The notes are also provided by teachers. Talking about course curriculum it is easy to understand. To be honest Overall every thing is good enough

College Events

Talking about campus life. It is the best part for the students. The college frequently announces various fun competitions, and technical and cultural events. Every year there is a annual festival celebration which is at a great level.

As I (who is giving the review) have just passed the 1st year and have no experience regarding this.

Campus Life

The academic area for 1st year student is different and for rest of the classes is got a different block. It has a library, reference room for student help. There is a basketball court and many more field for the sports. The college also provide NCC training as well. Now coming on the hostel facilities then college lack it. The rooms for students to stay are okay but the hostel mess food is not up to the mark.

Hostel Facilities

There are total of 6 hostel in campus. Out of which 2 are for girls and 4 are for boys. For girls hostel I got no idea Now coming up to boys hostel 1 entire hostel is for 1st year students and the rest 3 are for other students at mix. 1st year hostel give 2 sharing room opportunity where else other hostels give 2,3and4 sharing opportunities.

Hostel Fee: INR 85000 per year

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.

I chose this college mainly as it is a deemed to be university and one of the top colleges in Bangalore. It's a autonomous college. There is a great advantage over other VTU colleges.
