Remarks

My uncle is a faculty here. The college is near to my house The college is located near a metro station and also has a big mall near it. The college's popularity is on a rise due to various achievements the students have made.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course and syllabus is very well updated with a proper focus on industrial demand and requirements. Faculties are very good with all of them trained in their subjects and have good industrial experiences.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are really good as many companies visit here for placements. Profiles offered are mostly technical like software developer, web developer, android developer, ios developer, etc. Highest package was 28lpa and lowest around 2lpa.

College Events

You will find a lot of opportunites to enhance your extra talents of singing, dancing, painting, acting etc.as all of these societies are present in the college and are very much active and regularly conducts various events.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is really good with all the labs available. Labs have latest computer systems and other devices. Indoor gaming is present. Library is good with all the books available. WIFI not available.

Are off campuses worth the DU hype

Placement Experience:

Placements cell works for the placements but gets bare minimum or very low profile courses. Students become eligible to apply in third year. I dont have the data because I didn't apply for the placements. Avg package is around 400000 that also in low profile jobs. % of students placed is also very low. My plans after the degree is to either pursue MBA from tier 1 college or continue/start a business/family business as it is best time in india to pick pace

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are pretty good. The placement cell of my college is pretty active and facilitataes the placement process. Companies like Deloitte, EY and PWC often come to our college for placements with the average package being Rs. 8,00,000. After getting this degree, i will pursure another degree in MBA or I might also take a part in the placement process and pursue an MBA later. Students in semester 6 and further can take part in the placement process but there are internship fairs and summer internship programmes for students who are not eligible for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom hons because i was interested in commerce and here too they provide top level learning. With computers they teach us excel and everything and its really nice in this technical era that we are continuously learnibg and learning. Students become Eligible for campus placements after in the 3rd year. The placements have been improved a lot in the past years. Companies like Pwc, kpmg, McKinsey, bain and Co come for campus placements. The highest package was 23 lakhs per annum last year.

I applied to all the colleges that come under GGSIPU and in the 1st round I got HMR and in the 2nd round of IPU counselling I got this college and then I booked this seat and got my seat allotment letter after paying 60000 for the required seat allotment fees! I chose this college over HMR because HMR is very far away from my home and this college is still nearer as compared to HMR As I said I applied to all the GGSIPU colleges but I got HMR is first round which is very far away from my college so I didnt chose it. So i didnt get rejection from any other college! The admisision process is very simple. You get the college on the basis of your JEE MAINS rank. Eligibility of this course and admission in college is 60% in pcm in 12 boards exam and jee mains entrance exams with good percentile. We can apply and find application form from GGSIPU site and we can fill the registration form and application form from there own site .Dates are mentioned on the GGSIPU website so you can check there. Frequency and timings of exam is medium on their difficultly level.
