Remarks

A fantastic organisation would love to restart from the same if reborn

Entrance Preview

UPSC took the entrance exam scored 80%. but was still amongst the last in the merit there was no option the entrance exam was for this college and course only.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Very hectic. it involved physical activities in addition to the normal academic curriculum. It had six terms plus one yr additional training at two different locations.

Internships Opportunities

Companies were fixed from the beginning there was no requirement of any internship. however, in the last six months a total stipend of rs 12000 was paid which was a good amount that time.

Placement Experience

5

All of us who were in were placed. As told earlier no companies were allowed to come to campus because the companies were fixed. the fixed companies offered from 5000 to 6000 per month

College Events

4.5

There were a large no of camps and competitions. academics was just one part of it. Dance balls were organised before dispersal in every term a graduation ceremony was also organised

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was term wise. it was very much feasible. even my father with a small government service could afford it for me. Especially after we started getting the stipend it was easier for our families

Fees and Financial Aid

There were no scholarships/loan facilities which were provided for our admission or during tenure there was no requirement

Campus Life

5

Campus life was fantastic. 26 years after the life we miss it. there were a large no of extra curricular activities and physical activities planned and executed.

Hostel Facilities

4

There was a room for each one of us but different in each term although the cleaning and all was done centrally, the upkeep was our responsibly. There used to be a competition of best upkeep

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were strict but the tendency was to teach and prepare the juniors for a healthy competition the team work was excellent. Even the instructors were accordingly motivated.

Exam Structure

As told earlier there were six terms in all. every term had an exam of all subjects including one foreign language, every term also had exam for physical activities

Faculty

4

The faculty was very educated professional and task oriented. They had a goal in mind and they knew how to achieve it. I still remember them and would prefer to meet them soon

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.
