Remarks

I have taken admission in this university because it is located near to my hometown. Also it is the best private university located in Eastern India.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is updated. Being a computer science student, we want Machine learning and AI to be in your syllabus, as it has become really mandatory to learn and all projects are based on it. Teachers are good, many are experienced and some are not experienced, but overall faculty is good.

Class Size: 85

Placement Experience

Major companies like Microsoft and Amazon come to this college for placement opportunities. You will get a job after your completion of graduation that is for sure.Last year the best placement was of 46 lacs per annum. So don't worry about placements (unless you don't read) you are in safe hands

College Events

It is quite exquisite. Students can engage in multiple activities and KIIT provides a good exposure to them as well. Cultural events are organised every week.And location of the place is like the cherry on the top. A huge hospital named KIIMS is located inside it and the transportation facilities are also readily available.

Campus Life

Great. No need of any improvement. We have great infrastructure comprising of classrooms, sports centres, wi-fi enabled hostels and 1000 seater auditorium. KIIT keeps building, new buildings which adds to it's infrastructural growth.

those course curricullams at central university of odisha is thought fully designed ,offering a balanced blend of theoretical depth and practical relevance. on eof the key reason why students opt for such courses like int mathmatiss is the seamless academic progression and strong foundation it provides for research and comprdative exams. that curricullum could be more better as it can be more practical. what we are studing is like 80% theory and just 20% practical. so i do think that could be more better. the quality needs to be improved.

Placement Experience:

As Rourkela is a tier 3 city the placement opportunities are no as much as the tier 1 cities but the college still provides placements oppertunities with a decent amount of starting package of 4LPA.The college brings alot of companies for job and intership through it's long and good establishment in the city. The students becomes eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards as they have enough projects. Infosys, Capgemini,Dalmia,etc companies visited and highest package was 4.5 Lpa and average was 4lpa with 2 lpa as the lowest. Getting a MCA degree afterwards is most preferable for getting a better job.
