Reputation of the college was good and I was looking out for a different stream coming from a finance background plus living out of town really excited me as I could learn a lot both personally and professionally.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are good enough to get an overall knowledge of various aspects of business and mine is more focused on HRM, faculty could be better trained for the course as some resort to boring lectures. Gaurav Marathe for OB is an amazing professor heading HRM and is one of a kind.
Placement Experience
Good opportunities available, all the big 4 and other FMCG companies visit us for placements placing all students from college for Summers and finals, it's managed by our corporate relations and placement team which makes it a smooth process.
College Events
Technically we have a fair enough WiFi and access to e library, we celebrate all festivals throughout the year, everyone is geared up to celebrate them. We enjoy our college life to the maximum be in Holi or Diwali.
Fees and Financial Aid
Not availed loans but they're available with plenty options, there are many banks like CIB which give you a good rate I think it's around 7.5% pa. They come to the hostel on day 1 from where you just need to submit the application.
Campus Life
Facilities in college are mediocre as we do not have our own campus yet but we have an amazing hostel in Khelgaon and the sports complex we access to is of the Jharkhand National Games complex. We have water 24/7 and water purifiers on every floor at the hostel.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel has got single sharing, cleaned every day, food isn't great but manageable. We have washing machine in all blocks along with back up power. We've got two food stores and essentials for daily available.
