The course curriculum of the college is very good and well-structured. Teaching at the college is excellent, and students are taught various skills such as tailoring and gardening. Different types of co-curricular activities are conducted, through which student-teachers are taught many useful and practical skills. Gardening is taught, and co-curricular activities help students learn extra work beyond academics. There is NSS work and social work as well. Overall, the curriculum is very good, and the teachers there fully focus on ensuring that students stay focused on their curriculum and give their best.

Manrakhan Mahato B.Ed. College, which is located in the state, is a very good college for pursuing a B.Ed. degree. The annual fee is around one lakh rupees per year, making the total fee for two years approximately two lakh rupees. The college also organizes educational tours and similar activities. The quality of education is very good, security is excellent, and the overall educational environment is strong. The staff and the facilities available at the college are all very good.

Many different types of festivals are celebrated in the college., co-curricular activities are regularly conducted. Almost every month, various festivals are celebrated, regardless of caste or religion—whether Christian, Hindu, or Muslim. All kinds of cultural activities are celebrated equally. Students are taught what to do and how to do it, how to enhance children’s skills, and how to increase their level of creativity.

The college admission process is very good. First, you have to apply for the B.Ed. course and appear for the entrance examination. Through the entrance exam, you get the option to choose colleges, where you can select up to ten colleges. Based on your ranking, a college is allotted to you. I was allotted Manokhan (Mandakhan) College. The college is very good; the only drawback is that the fees are a bit high, which not everyone can afford, but the quality of education is excellent

The college faculty is very good. All the teachers and staff are very helpful and have a supportive nature; they help everyone a lot. However, there are a few people who have joined the college through connections, because of which they are not able to help everyone equally and sometimes become a bit selfish. Overall, everything is very good. The examination pattern of the college is also very good. The year is divided in such a way that exams are conducted once a year—once in the first year and again in the second year, which is considered the final result.

The college has a library facility, and it is very large and well-equipped. All the required books are provided, and proper materials for all classes and subjects are available. There is no canteen, but the campus is very good and spacious. All college programs are held within the campus.
