Remarks

The university provides a good research exposure, the lab facilities are great, there are many reputed professors, it has a good campus and ambience, there are students from all across India so it provides a good diversity of culture.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academics is outstanding and the courses are updated every time according to the need of students. The faculties are very supportive and professional. There are different streams and courses being taught in the university.

Placement Experience

Yes, the placements are quite well. The MBA department students are usually placed in good and reputed companies with a good salary packages.

College Events

There is annual sports event as well as other cultural fests organized in the university such as food carnival, foundation day celebrations etc. The sports meet is outstanding with girls participating in cricket, volleyball, football which is really encouraging.

Course curriculum is not well oriented by the officials Things we need to know for doing patients are not well taught bcoz that's is what we need for MDS (post graduation) so they donot teach them now Which is wrong So according to me Clinical stuff and practicals should be more concetrated on instead of theoretical study There need to be a mid term exam conducted likewise in MBBS for better preparation Proper test which are not regularly conducted should be there Teachers need to be hired Posts for teachers are vacant Teaching staff needs to teach students instead of pgs

Overall university is nice but i would suggest to opt for government colleges if you are looking in Chandigarh

Placement Experience:

In last year means in semester 5th , amity offers placements. Companies visited was amazon, Google, microsoft , airtel , flipkart , deloitte and adobe in 2023. Package:- highest 10 lakh per annum and average was 5-6 lakh per annum offered by deloitte and hdfc 8000+ students got placements. My plans after the degree are Ma in clinical psychology from abroad.

Its is good college in terms of money and their atmosphere

Placement Experience:

Our college is not so good in terms of placement. Our college is not tied up with the MNC for the placements of the students. Mostly sales-related jobs are offered in the placements. The highest package offered by our college is approx 7 LPA and the average package is 4.8 LPA. According to my point of view, only 15 to 20 percent of students can get jobs.

I chose this as it is one of the well-known colleges for mbbs in Punjab. 10:225, Faculty, are postgraduates. With an experience of more than 5years mostly. At the end of the year, there were exams that are a bit difficult to pass.

The eligibility of to get admission in this college is considered through cuet exams it is based on a particular syllabus to all subject. It also relative ranking there is no cutoff marks it is ralative. And l choose this college because it is a central university we get more exposure on subjects and we can interact with other state peoples that is also good one .
