Remarks

The college management is one of the things which I had hated in my entire college life. For admit card we had to go early and wait for 5 hrs outside the window. After which if we did any thing wrong we had to back again correct it and wait for hours again.

Course Curriculum Overview

Though the syllabus which has been declared by du is outdated our teachers were receptive and taught us in a way so that we can take up challenge in the outside world and not be irrelevant. But obviously teachers alone can not do a much about it if we have irrelevant syllabus in this world. They even took many workshops so that we could participate in it and develop skills on. We had workshop on computer graphics, data science, cloud and computing etc.

Placement Experience

1.5

If we talk about placement we had 75 students out of which 9 were placed in different companies 2 got a package of 18L 3 got a package of 9L and 4 of 3L. Even though the placements were not very high. There were almost 15 companies which had come to take interview.

College Events

3.5

The festivals were held regularly by different departments every semester and mostly the DU fest is on the second semester where even our department held fests where we invite students of other colleges and let them play games and offer courses etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very feasible in a world where students are dying from student loans we had a fee structure of 45K only. Other engineering colleges charge 5Lacs and more. AMD outside india they are charging more than 25Lacs per year so if we talk about fee structure hansraj college is very cheap.

Fees and Financial Aid

No. I did not avail for any scholarship but my friends had availed it and he got a scholarship of 50% which was given by the government.

Campus Life

The campus life was average compared to other colleges. Most of the students just come for the degree as they wanted to opt for competitive exams. Competitions were not held in college but between college in DU where the standard was pretty high. The co. outer science department had 4 labs with almost 100 computers. Enough for everyone with good speed.

Hostel Facilities

No. I had stayed in Paying guest first year. The experience was really good. Made really good friends went on trips. The paying which I had stayed in was in the expensive side and facilities were also very good.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no formal alumni network but we can talk to our seniors through WhatsApp pr instagram as we were once acquainted.

Admission

The procedure was to apply on DU website after which once DU releases the cut off and we meet the benchmark. We can apply to that particular college and go for admission. So the procedure was very simple I went to the college and they gave me a form to fill during which the teachers were very helpful.

Faculty

4.5

The lectures were from 8am in the morning till 3pm and we had a break on weekends. Some teachers were really good and some were just giving lecture for the sake of it. Most of the time students themselves never attended the lectures as attendance was never an issue. The course was. mostly outdated and I would say irrelevant in todays world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The law department's faculty members are highly qualified, and their teaching methods are commendable. They are extremely hardworking, and they go out of their way to give us a lot of exposure by taking us to the supreme court, high court, Dwarka district court, parliament, and other places. They frequently have several sessions with honorable justices from various courts. Our teachers put in a lot of effort and try their hardest to keep our standards to NLUs when it comes to organizing MUNS to national moot court competition.
