Remarks

The college is located at a decent place far from the traffic disturbance of the city. The fees is reasonable. The teachers are very helpful and the environment of the college is very good. There is a good control on ragging and other evils in a college. Proper care of sanitization and cleanliness.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties are very good at there. Specially one of our teacher Mr. Ramakant Rana is very cool teacher. He understands all our problems as a friend. He helps us to manage our regular works and to sort out other problems

Many companies visits every year to our college. Some mass recruiting companies also come which increases the chances of getting job.

College Events

Our college celebrate all the festivals with very happiness. Blood donation camp is organised every year. One of the cultural group named Aayam helps the students to take out an artist from them. Time to time some functions are also organised.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed merit cum means scholarship there. It's is good scheme of Delhi government which is specifically for delhite students. Which gives you a chance to get upto full tution fee as a scholarship.

Campus Life

Well equipped labs. Wifi is not available for free usage of students. Library is a bit smaller in size but quit enough according to the strength of students in the college. Sports equipment are also available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since it is open learning university..they couldn't give us time.. because the class also got started 1 month before exam...and teachers had to finish...the syllabus. But they don't really care about us. And syllabus I think is okay .. in Commerce. It is updated.

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are good but need some improvement.there is 3 subject in 1st year and 3 subject in 2nd year and only 2 subject in 3rd year and 11 subject in last 4th year so last year very tough.we need some more subject in 3rd year even 1st and 2nd year so we got some less headache in final year.

Honest review of Pros and Cons of DCAC

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is done in the 3rd year. The highest PPO given is 24,00,000 to auditing and taxation departments. Average package is about ?15,00,000 to ?18,00,000. Companies like Eay, KPMG and more visit our college for placement. Most students under the commerce department get offered internships. Other than this, the placement cell also actively keeps sending internship opportunities for students to enhance their profiles. I am an English honours student l, thus there is no placement option for me directly unless I take up options from the P-Cell. I have already interned at EY India, Gurgaon, as a forensics and risk management specialist( throigh personal referral).My knowledge (attained from DCAC) of research, report and article writing were used adequately.

Placement Experience:

There was no such provision of jobs or fixed placements however there was a placement cell which was quite active and hence there were opportunities for placements by contacting the cell and placement fairs were also organised that were open for all, but not many opportunities were given. The companies that took candidates were economic times, TOI etc paying a very basic fresher stipend of 10-15k. Very few students actually got to know about these placement drives hence the placements weren't great also not many companies came on campus.

MAIT Review from the perspective of a student

Before 2019, all admissions to B.Tech programs were done through a test conducted by GGSIPU. But from 2019 JEE Mains scores are used for admission. The cutoff of different programs is decided by the University. An applicant has to fill out an online admission application form in which they have to mention their JEE Mains rank and their preferences of the GGSIPU colleges.
