But recently I have heard that our state minister have organised a new website where a student can apply to all the colleges falling under Calcutta University and other University as well by feeling up one form and applying directly to the various colleges. A merit list is created on the basis of the college list selected and seats allotted to a particular college if the number of seats are finished in a desert college without the student getting a chance the student can sit from mop up round upgradation round.
