Behala college affordable

Good location, A accredited, gud faculty, Gud lab facility. Has a large library with gud reading facility. Lacks gud laboratory, games facility,cateen is not well managed, Building is not well maintained. Some teachers are new inexperienced. Admission was taken on merit. It was easily completed. Choose it due to its affordability, location and overall satisfactory review.

Session was started on time. Course was based on syllabus prescribed by Calcutta university. Hod was highy qualified PhD holder. 1or 2 teacher were new MSc passout a bit inexperienced. About 5 teachers per stream. Ratio teacher to student is 1:10. Exams were conducted timely and one could pas it with some effort.

Placement opportunity was few. Icici came for placement. 2 students were selected in 3rd year. Post passing out job scenerio is ok. U could get job if u have gud marks. I wanted to join govt job. Preparing for govt jobs presently.

Annual fest was conducted during December month. Fresher party was conducted during term start in September. Library is well stocked. Extra curricular facility is lacking. Seminars were conducted throughout the year.

Fee is paid quaterly. Fee hike is not very significant. Cost to study comparison is satisfactory. Scholarship was provided to reserved category students. There was some placement opportunity in 3rd ye.

Rented in behala area. It was affordable. 4000 for staying without meals. There was separate system for meals cost 3000. Quality was ok. Room was spacious. Had two beds per room. Cleaners cleaned it from time to time. Overall satisfactory.

There was no interview or group discussion conducted during admission. Admission was done on purely merit basis. Combined marks of top four subjects including ur core hons or general subject was used to prepare merit list as per which admission was taken.
