Course Curriculum Overview

The Master of Dental Science us a 3-year duration course and the exams are taken every 6 month because it follows the semester system. The exams will be theory paper, lab exams, project works which turns out to be hectic for us.

Placement Experience

There are not any placement as such given by college but we do have an internship program which turns out to be a learning experience for us. We work under professionals to gain the knowledge and experience which is important and compulsory for us.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is a 3-year course and the total amount which you have to pay is 9 lakhs and 31 thousand. Yes, it is not feasible for everyone but the amount is not much as compared to other colleges and also we get everything which is important for the degree in the college itself.

Campus Life

The number of boys as compared to girls are more, but of course, that doesn't matter anyway. Be it practical, sports events, farewell, freshers, workshops or any other events. Equality can be seen everywhere.

Alumni/Alumna

We keep in touch with our seniors and this helps me personally a lot. Right from the time I get admission to my exams every year. They provide with the previous year questions, you will get notes from them and they clears out our doubts about subjects if there is any.

Admission

To get admission in the MDS (Master of Dental Science) course, I appeared in the NEET PG entrance exam and I have passed my BDS course with good marks. The admission is done on the basis of marks obtained in the NEET BDS exams.

Faculty

All the faculty are highly qualified and there are different professors for different courses as well as for different specialisation. They deal with each topic with a lot of interest and focus. We are free to ask any questions regarding our paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Actually I am a partial dropper. And around my surroundings it is the good college in my opinion that's why I got admission in this college. And here provides a good nature for studying like other colleges. In this college's lecture hall and all classroom provides white board and projectors for learning.
