- Security and hostel facilities are satisfactory...also labs classroom are well equipped and teaching facilities are highly educated and professional

Dislikes
- Feees is getting high every year.. management should consider this
- The college canteen is not sufficient spacious for students so during lunch it creates a mess in canteen
- Transport is poor...need more college bus for transportation
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is relevant according to the field...it includes sub like.. anatomy, physiology, microbiology, biochemistry, foundation of nursing, Adult Health nursing, professionalism and ethics, Obstetrical and midwifery nursing, child health nursing as weel as sociology, psychology, nutriton, Communication and health education , community like sub which enhances a nurses skill The curriculum prepares a nurse for real life applications of skill rather than bookish knowledgee. The exams are conducted in semester system in every 6 month under WBUHS ( west bengal university of Health and Sciences)
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees is 1 lakh 39 thousand Total course duration -4 year Hostel fees per month -5000 ( extra) So in total-7,96,000 Scholarship and student credit card is available 15k is deposited as security money which is refundable after pass out
Campus Life
Yearly sport's in mid January Annual cultural program - Month of February . IINR participate in SNA ( student nurse's association) competition every year which is a inter college competition in state level( west bengal). Also Nurses day, Independence day, , National Yoga Day, Aids Day etc are celebrated and student faculties both participate enthusiastically. College library holds refrence books on every nursing and non nursing subject Also journals are available Classroom have over head and LCD projector screen, microphone sound system . Students have a SNA body in college with General secretary , Treasurer, sports and cultural secretary...who run extra curricular activities through out the year
Admission
I applied for other colleges like..job charnok college of nursing, B.m birla college of nursing, and IQ city college of nursing and IINR ( my current college) , from them I choose IINR for their competative less fees structure from other colleges I rejected job charnok as it was away from my home town and in B.m birla I did not get the chance of admitted. My admission was in mop up round in IINR. Moreover its a private nursing college Admission is done on rank basis who appeared for entrance exam of BC nursing by West bengal joint entrance board And Gnm admission is done by marks ANM and GNM entrance examination also conducted by West bengal joint entrance board Over all admission experience is good...and admission process is very fair.
Faculty
The mentor mentee system in this college is good for students. Studenta are individually guided..poor students are cared by their mentors. For bsc the exam is in semester system and in Gnm yearly exam is there with 3 internal term examination Faculties are very knowledgeable and friendly Classes and labs are held in regular basis
