Remarks

I like everything about this college from head to toe. There were enough of things to like and nothing to dislike. I had my admission after my dad visited this college for some work. He became dumbstrucked after seeing the decorum of NPTI

Course Curriculum Overview

The academic was well developed after being established in 1975. College got enough of years to design everything particularly. Exams were held twice a year in two phase. One phase consisted of externals and another phase was internals.

Course Fees: INR 373689 per year

Placement Experience

Companies like Tata Power, Reliance Power, Arcelor-Mittal, Thermax and many more who collaborated with my college for better jobs and internships offers. Salary package was not very high and remained on the scale of 3-4 lacs per year.

College Events

There were 100s of indoors and outdoors games to play inside the campus during the free breaks. For better understanding of all the games, instructors were alotted for sports like Volley ball, basketball, football etc

Campus Life

The campus had various amenities inside the college who had a very good touch in bring some good change in the lives of the students. There were water coolers in every floor for purified cool water free of cost

Hostel Facilities

The hostel was good in terms of atmosphere and food. Food was really fresh served on the times alotted by the management of the hostel. The rules and regulations of the hostel was bit tough to follow.

Admission

There were particularly two exams on which admissions were given in the college. One was Jee exam and another one was MHT-CET. I had my admission according to the cutoff based on MHT-CET paper. Exam was bit tough but not impossible to gain good marks

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Placement Experience:

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, the internship opportunities and full time placement opportunities starts to come, For my batch, Veritas, coditas , Worldline, Wipro, KPIT, CrelioHealth, Kylas these companies came with a good package which was greater tha 4 LPA. Highest package was from veritas 12 LPA, Kylas 7 LPA, and average was arount 3.5-4 LPA. Arount 60% students gets placed. I am placed with a good package through campus placement only

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable.
