I like everything about this college from head to toe. There were enough of things to like and nothing to dislike. I had my admission after my dad visited this college for some work. He became dumbstrucked after seeing the decorum of NPTI
I had intersted in power engg and They promise to gives us hundred percent placement but at the end they didn't. Education was good in college. Teaching staff was also good. But teaching staff was not supportive.

I filled the online application form and wrote the MHT-CET which is the entrance exam to be given for the admission in the college. I scroed decent and was selected to take the admission in the college.
I filled the online application form which is available on the official website of the college and the entrance criteria is through the marks obtained in the graduation with specialization in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Power Engineering.
B.Tech Power Engineering is provided by the institution to the students who have passed 10 +2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board. Then they will have to give the entrance exam MHT CET and based on their merit in the exam, they will be selected.
At first I had to clear an entrance exam known as CET for admission in the college, then according to the rank and priorities I was selected for the college. Next in the selection process we were to visit the college to fill up the admission forms. It took nearly 3 - 4 days to complete the process. Then I got the admission confirmation for the college.
The courses offered from the college is approved by the AICTE. The college offers admission to the students on the basis of marks obtained in MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) exam. The college cutoff for the courses is not too high . Students can easily get through this exam and secure admission to this college.
To apply for the admission in National Power Training Institute one has to apply for a course listed in the prospectus, the completed application should be submitted to the admission unit. Candidates who are selected for the admission will be asked to submit their original certificates. Upon fulfilling the admission formalities the students can join the college on the date specified.
