Course Curriculum Overview

The course is application-oriented and teaches us through the wide syllabus and lab work with the exams held every semester and we have only two semesters with the compulsory internship at the end of the course.

Placement Experience

There are plenty of jobs available in big firms after having done this PG Diploma and there are many companies coming for the interview like Tata Power, Reliance Power, Arcelor Mittal with highest package offered was 4.5 lacs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is slightly higher and is about 2 lacs for the entire course but the exposure we get in here is so great with the teachers to the infrastructure, everything is good and top class. There is no scholarship available though.

Campus Life

There are workshops, guest lectures and seminars held to keep the students connected with the industry. There are other cultural events organized by the college which is great and everyone has so much fun.

Admission

I filled the online application form which is available on the official website of the college and the entrance criteria is through the marks obtained in the graduation with specialization in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Power Engineering.

The faculty of the college is highly qualified and have keen interest in solving the students queries and guide us through in labs as well as in theory classes. They have the entire curriculum on their tips.

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.
