This fashion design course will help you if you look forward to become a designer, stylist, design manager, costume designer, illustrators etc. There are many options of working in fashion after graduating from a fashion designing course.
Placement Experience
NIFT provides us with central level placements which includes both on-campus or pre placement opportunities. A student can be placed in only one of them. This allows us to work for renowned brands and companies.
College Events
NIFT organises too many events for us which helps us to learn more and acquire more skills. Events like SPECTRUM, students creation, poster competition are some examples. They also celebrate various festivals and students participate in large numbers in these events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
B.DES in fashion design is a 4 year course whose fee for the first year is ?2,70,900. It is including tuition and exam fees so their are no extra charges. For every NIFT campus, total fee for many course is approx 11 lakhs.
Campus Life
The Institute provides us with various facilities for our work in fashion designing. It has also got a library with a huge book collection. NIFT also conducts many events and activities like inviting artisans, experts etc for lectures and workshops.
Admission
All NIFT aspiring students have to pass a NIFT entrance exam. For admission in B.des they have to clear CAT and GAT and then a situation test. Those you clear all three will get admission here. And for masters course, a group discussion or personal interview is also held.

In my opinion, NIFT has a team of the most well informed and qualified professors. All the experts, teachers and the whole staff is really supportive and provide us with the right guidance, be it for their individual subjects or career guidance.
