Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very good and is maintained well their standard of education. The course is taught in a very detailed manner. Th exams are conducted as similar to other college, by having biannual exams. The students are given to practice teaching by taking seminars to juniors.

Placement Experience

The placement records of my college is really good. The college tie ups with lots of companies, and almost 90% of the students get placed. The placements are taken care by a separate cell and they even intimate us with different job posts interview available off campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is pretty feasible and does not charge anything unnecessarily. The fees structure is designed as per the requirements and considering the people with lower income background. The fees comes around 47,000 INR per year.

Campus Life

The college conducts weekly seminars and workshops. The college organizes national level conferences also, and invites top most scientists to share their life lessons & researches as guest lectures. The lab are well equipped with all the required systems for developing skills.

Hostel Facilities

There are hostel facilities available. The hostel rentals are very moderate and they are reasonable for the facilities given. The rooms, bathrooms, water heater, 24*7 water supply, ozonised water, wifi, and playground are some of the awesome facilities given by the college.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is not maintained in this college, but many alumni often visit the campus, and share their career journey with us. They are most helpful, when they guide us to approach job interviews and other placement related matters. The seniors are also very friendly.

Admission

The college admission process is very simple and easy. The college application form can be downloaded from online and then can be filled and submitted in the same portal. The college will give you the offer letter, if selected.

The faculty of the college are so good. They help the students to gain motivation while teaching and they are easy to interact with. The faculties are the people, who are our true guide in the B.Ed education. They tell their experience and help us to find our effective teaching methodology.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Good the teachers find the best ways to make the subject interesting and teach us in the most interesting way they will help the weak students to feel the subject as a cake walk and help all the students out in the same way

Balanced Experience with Academics and Career Growth

Likes

The teachers are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their respective subjects. They explain concepts clearly and are always approachable for doubts.
Each student as a mentor who provides academic support, career advice and help us succeed in our goals.
Frequent guest lectures, hackathons, and workshops that are very useful as they provide exposure to real-world concept.

Dislikes

There are comparatively fewer extracurricular activities offered in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are decent, especially for MCA students who actively build their skills. The college provides placement training from earlier semesters, including aptitude test, coding practice, and mock interviews which helps in preparation.

It was good professors and friendly teaching staff
Campus life is good, it provide new opportunities and has events and various clubs
Everyone here are good and friendly and is a lovely place to study

Dislikes

Hospital is far from college, which is again not an issue as they send bus service
It can give and provide more opportunities
Hostel facilities can be improved and they can build few more lecture halls

Campus Life and Social Interaction : Vibrant campus Life : The campus offer a dynamic environment with multiple student clubs , technicals societies , cultural fests ,and sports events students engaage in regular extracurricular activities.
Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

Placement Experience:

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Dislikes

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Great coure , great college , better life

Library is well furnished with lots and lots of book.there is well furnished chairs and table like compartments where students can completely isolate himself and study. There are thousands of books in library
Study room is provided at the top floor of the institute. It is really clean and there are separate room like compartments where students can study well. They can even discuss in group if they want
We have a cafe inside our institute. Here we can have tea and coffee to relieve ourselves

Doctor is a noble profession , the mere respect which we get by being doctor is one of the prime motive for me to pursuade this course Aside from physiology , anatomy and biochemistry we have a e t c o m which is a type of curriculum which is thought to us in which we learn to deal with different situations during our career and they also help us in terms of improving our communication which is very crucial In real life application . Personally for me the curriculum started on September and we had our first internals in January 2nd around March third round me and we had a final exams in August Honestly speaking MBBS is not an easy course , it is really hard, you need to understand the core, and then applied to even in theory and practical exams. concept

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

I wrote NEET and cleared with a decent score, they also take KCET score for admissions if you are from Karnataka state. 50% is the minimum marks to obtain, you can either apply online or in person. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the score of entrance exams and their boards.

Why Azim Premji University?

I applied to other universities like KREA, and Delhi University. I got confirmed admission from KREA University and partial from DU. The main reasons for choosing Azim Premji University over KREA and DU, was 1. The faculty present in the university for economics was good. 2. KREA did not offer me the kind of concepts I was interested to study and did not seem to have the same approach in teaching methodlogy. 3. APU had an inclusive, inter-disciplinary approach that DU and KREA could not offer 4. I am in the Bangalore campus, which also attracted me to the university. I applied to Ashoka University as well and got rejected, the main reason was I messed up my interview as it was my first ever interview and I got really stressed and blanked out. Their admission required me to write a statement of purpose and few essays, which I got through. The admission process of APU is through an entrance test conducted by the university itself. It also asks for essays and statement of purpose. Having a good score at the entrance test and good and unbiased essays, and a good grasp of my hifh school concepts clearly especially in the subject I wanted to pursure helped me get in.
