Remarks

The students are given concentrated and extensive knowledge of the subjects in the first 2 years which helps them during their research and thesis submission by the end of the final year. The faculty is also very understanding and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course consists of 3 years of rigorous work in the department of General Medicine. The curriculum includes ICU posting, emergency services, academic classes and research & thesis. Exam are conducted at the end of 3 years, both theory and practicals.

Placement Experience

After graduating as MD/MS, you can give the DM/MCH exam or can directly apply for the post of senior resident (SR) in Delhi NCT hospitals or Central Govt hospitals through their interview process. The stipend of a SR starts at Rs.95,000.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the MD in General Medicine is around INR 15,600 per year. The student has to pay a security deposit of INR 10,000 at the beginning of the course which is refundable. Apart from that, the student also has to pay the examination fees of rs 1000 and Rs. 500 to receive provisional registration certificate.

Campus Life

There is a gymnasium for the students. There are also sports facilities such as table tennis, carrom, etc. One can participate in various events in college fest such as drama, participate in singing, dancing, debates, etc. There is also the Thalassemia Control Programme.

Hostel Facilities

There are 2 hostels (one is HSB hostel one is RMO hostel). The RMO hostels are semi-furnished, double occupancy rooms with attached bathroom. HSB hostel is older one, single occupancy rooms with a common washroom.

Admission

I attempted the NEET PG exam and after securing good marks in it, I went for the All India Medical Counseling in which I opted for General Medicine. I got Lady Hardinge Medical College through the counseling procedure.

Faculty

The department's faculty is extremely dynamic and knowledgeable. They are very sincere, strict with academics and punctual. They are also very helpful towards the students, especially during the thesis writing and provide full support.

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

The law department's faculty members are highly qualified, and their teaching methods are commendable. They are extremely hardworking, and they go out of their way to give us a lot of exposure by taking us to the supreme court, high court, Dwarka district court, parliament, and other places. They frequently have several sessions with honorable justices from various courts. Our teachers put in a lot of effort and try their hardest to keep our standards to NLUs when it comes to organizing MUNS to national moot court competition.

This college was by far the best amongst the other colleges. Eduaction wise it is very top tier with less fees. The fee system is very affordable. NEET exam should be given by the students and usually the cut offs are 680+ for general students. For admission we are told to visit the college with our documents .
