Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was designed in a way that provides a deep understanding of the subjects. College follows the curriculum properly, professors give us assignments which helps to improve our skills, also conducts internal exam with practicals this help us to score well in university final exams.

Placement Experience

As this is a govt College there are no internships are available, Companies come every year to give placement them who at least hire 50% and other reputed companies come here for placements and offer good packages to students with great incentives.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the MA course is very nominal and affordable which can be afforded by even the weak financial backgrounds. For the MA course, it was around 59,000 for two academic years. Admission fees include teaching fees, tuition fees, registration fees, security fees, etc.

Campus Life

Many programs celebrate in the college, the mostly annual functions will be celebrated in an excellent way. I take much interest to participated in the program. It's a very nice program organized by the all quantities. Surrounding the college is very pleasant and attractive. Various festivals organized by the college.

Admission

The students who are planning to take admission in Basanti Devi College can apply both online and offline. Admission to 2-year Full-time MA Program should require students to be graduates in the relevant stream. College shortlisted students on the basis of Merit list.

Faculty

The faculty encourages the students and guide them in every way. They also provide tutorials to help students cope with the daily lessons. The teachers are very knowledgeable, and their role in shaping the career and life of the students is worthy.

SXC is an old pedigree!

Placement Experience:

Companies of all domains like the Asian Paints, EY, Nestle and HDFC Bank among all of them come to SXC. Biggest placements so far has been of 20 lakhs or so when one of the student was placedat such a package in 2024.

At our college placements are good and many core companies or finance and IT are here for placements and intenrships as well. Average placements from what I have checked is around 4-5 lakhs per year for B.Com (Hons) students.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

I choose this college because it's nearby my house it saved me money and the college is reputed with NAAC grade B+. The admission process is very easy if your selected you can check your name in the list pay directly through that portal or their own website and can reserve your seat.
