There are different courses available in the college. There are about 26 courses in 5 streams and 8 specializations offered in our college. The exams will be conducted strictly,no mal-practice can be done. There will be Exams every month and half yearly exams. These monthly and weekly exams are useful to the students to attend their final semester exams.

Yes we have campus placements.Many reputed companies will come for campus recruitment. The placement in the college is 100% with different companies providing different salary packages. The college also provides summer internship is an important and integral part of the academic curriculum.

Group activities are in our college,focusing on events like annual college social,sports,Rabindra Jayanti, seminars and other academic,social and cultural activities.We have technical feats and cultural fests every year and annual day celebration too. A very good number of students also participate in them. It will be very joyous occasion for all of the students just like a refreshment zone.

Comparing other colleges fees is affordable here,like for UG (3 years)-15000-25000for PG(full time)-it depends upon the courses you opted.The fee structure is feasible. The college a different fee structure for all the courses, yet the fee is comparatively less to surrounding colleges. The fee is to be paid at the start of every year. This fee covers both the semesters. The fee structure seems to be only affordable to all the students.

All cultural events like Republic day,Independence day,College freshers day,College day will be celebrated with fun and enthusiasm.Our college gives more focus towards sports also and debate,elocution and annual picnic will be organised regularly. Sports like football, basketball grounds are available which entertains the hostel students also. Boys take part actively in such games while the girls are engaged with music and college band group. The band group also participates in many inter college competitions.

The admission in Basanti Devi college is through qualifying in any of the entrance exam. Admissions to all the courses are done strictly on the merit of entrance test basis through the process of Centralized Counselling Procedure. It also provides another facility for candidates seeking admission must register themselves for the entrance exams through the respective official website.

Very qualified,friendly and teachers will always support the students in academic without any hesitation and without any partiality.Most of the faculties are highly graduated with doctorates in their field of subject. Every subject is being handled by staffs who have wide knowledge in them. Extra concern is also taken by the faculties to students who need them.
