Very Good college

The course curriculum was lengthy but valuable. But from the curriculum, we learnt a lot about the past history. It was a three years course which was divided into six semesters. The curriculum covers the study of major historical events. Fieldwork was an important part of the curriculum. The exam structure was good. The college conducts Internal Assessment and final examination in each semester.

Internship facility was not provided in my course. The placement cell of our college arranges many training programmes to guide students on various interview techniques, group discussions and Aptitude test. The college does not provide placement opportunities in our course. But there are lot of job opportunities after completing the course in various government and private sector.

The fees structure of our college was very good and reasonable. The fees was very much affordable for all the students. In every semester, i paid around 1700 rupees. The fees includes tuition fees, library fees, development fees, admission fees. Examination fees and hostel fees was not included in the total fees.

In my college days, i enjoyed a lot participating in all the extracurricular activities. The college organizes many Health Awareness programmes, Indoor and outdoor games, seminars, cultural Activities, Wall Magazine by the students etc. These activities are very good to keep our mind and body active.

The hostel provides good facilities to the students. Many facilities like library, gym, playground, internet facility, dining room, recreational room etc are provided by the hostel. The Mess facility was well maintained on hygienic standards. The Mess provides very good quality food to the students.

Admission in this college was based on merit. After qualifying higher secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognised board, student can directly take admission in this course. To get admission, students should get atleast 50 percent of marks in aggregate and 45 percent of marks in subject in the higher secondary examination.

The faculties of our college are very friendly with all the students. They approach and encourage us a lot in our studies. They believe in the quality education of the students. They try their best to make the students understand. Teachers are very much interested to teach us.
