Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition - [IHM], Dehradun has really taught me the best with my course program of Diploma in bakery and confectionery. The faculty members have really given the exposure to the students with the research work of their field.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum includes more of practical work and lesser book knowledge. The students are prepared for the same and examinations are conducted thrice in the program course that is in every six months.

From 5th semester onwards we were allowed to sit fir placements. Nestkeys , godrej were some of thr companies that visited for placement and i got offer from all of them. The packages were ranging from 2 lpa to 5 lpa to be precise excluding the fake ctc and all. Around 60% got the placement in my batch but were not satisfied with the package. A transformative journey; my experience at ICFAI UNIVERSITY

Placement Experience:

The placement structure is not good for law department, it is really very good for MBA and other department but definetly not for law. it is not like they don't provide placement at all but instead if there are 150 students and 80 students have opted for placement then only 20 to 25 students get placement which maximum goes to 7lakh per annum.
