Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very much centralised to research. We get specified and detailed knowledge of the subject via the course of the programme. Practice is what is emphasized the most so that we gain experience in treating the patients.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is very much active and manages on campus recruitment process. The college also organise career and internship fair for the students and keep them updated with job opportunities available for them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee for first year is Rs. 22,000. Second year fee is Rs 18,000. Third year fee is Rs 18,000. Thus the total fee for the programme can be considered as quite feasible which is Rs 58,000. We also get stipend thus it is not much a headache.

Campus Life

The college organise international conference and seminars at the college and also encourage students to go for such conferences. The college also organise cultural events like annual function, quizzes etc. Sports events are also organised.

Admission

Admission process is very simple. Just fill the form for post graduation exam and an admit card will be provided. The exam is very hard and many students drop for two to three years for preparing for the exam.

Faculty

The faculty is very much dedicated in helping us through our matters. Their guidance is very much important for us. They are like mentors to us and in spite of their tight schedules they take out time for solving out doubts.

Placement Experience:

From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placement. The name of the companies which visited are ICICI Bank Newgen Tata digit etc. 85.9% of cse student got placed. The highest package was 42 LPA and average package is 8to 11 LPA. I wanted to start my own company. Our college also provide us the experience by giving us internship opportunity.

IIIT MANIPUR , YOU SHOULD OPT. OR NOT?

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good for CSE departments. Average package is 10-12 lpa,and placement percentage is also about 76 % not all placement are campus based some are off campus placement .This is too less as compased to other IIITs .The placement in ece department is about 8-10 lpa which is also very less compared to other IIITs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Bachlo of Science in Computer Science Honors because of the current computer trends in the market. Computer department has all sorts of things that are needed pursuing the course. The labs are there. Digital class also there. Students are quite low compared to the other department. we have like 30 students present in our semester. If you interested in the Computer science then you just need to passed 12th from science stream. All six are ready to be there for the students. Only the students seem negligence in the department. Class test are conducted regularly, and there is 2 exam in a year. Judging from the paper its something that can't pass the exam without preparing.

The Insights of Dhanamanjuri College of Arts

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had no specific course set in my at that moment but out of all, English seemed quite well-performing department among other departments. Plus it was not too difficult to start with as English was a common subject and we were used to it. The classroom buildings were not too good but it was manageable. At first day the classroom seemed small and wasn't able to fit in all of the students, but gradually the attendance kept decreasing which is a common thing and now only 60 of us are attending the classes. The teachers are well qualified with a Doctorate qualification and I don't have anything bad to say about them. Their teaching methods are easy to understand, and they're punctual; they don't usually skip classes. The exams on the other hand was the most disappointing thing about this college. Every exams were delayed atleast 2 months, and due to that out classes always started later than other colleges. The difficulty level is moderate but more than 50% students didn't manage to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As arts students during my +12 course and economics was also in it(course). I chose economics considering my background. And it was fun and interesting for me to study. All of my teachers were M.phill+ Phd and well experience in teaching. The method of teaching was good and teach in way that help the students to well understood The exams were held every after four months of course in each semester. There was no difficulty to pass the exams if the students attend the lecture regularly

I do not apply for another college. RIMS is indeed my first choice for learning my course. In order to get seat in RIMS, for mbbs course, I took NEET exam. which is held once every year. After getting the cutoff mark neet, I applied for state seat. the state selects students based on merit and then accordingly none of the students are given seats.
