Because I like ece student: faculty ratio is 1:20 Its good all facilities members are very supportive Its little bit hard one of the reasons is I am in higher class and also I am doing b.teck so it's quite difficult otherwise it's fine

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very high for me because I belong to middle-class family I don't get any scholarship but yeah I apply for la oan. yahh, job opportunities are there in college but it all depends on you

Campus Life

4.5

Our college also conduct fest like Cultural fest, annual fest, etc. there is also sport field, gym, there is also many clubs like coding clubs, swimming clubs, dance clubs etc. But in our college there is no any swimming pool

Admission

There is an entrance exam you have you done firstly to get admission in any iiit college To qualify for the entrance exam JEE After you qualify for the exam, u have to apply the engineering colleges like iiit, nit, and any other private colleges, etc In this college, there is a reservation for girls only for admissions not college fees, fees are equal both boys and girls

HONEST REVIEW

Dislikes

Weak infrastructure, around 2 stars and still underdeveloped.
Rude and overly strict faculty behavior.
Very limited fests and extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average and mostly theory-based. Core CS subjects are covered, but practical learning, updated content, and flexible electives are limited, so we students must rely on self-study. And the exams are also monthly so you have to work on your own to study.

Currently temporary campus is small but in some years new campus will come to its work
Faculties are expert in their fields and there is only cse and ece that's why they only focus on these branch

Dislikes

Currently situation of manipur is good but here is curfew after 8 P. M
Placement is pretty average, mostly people placed by Offcampus
Temporary Campus size of iiit manipur is comparatively smaller then other iiit's

Placement Experience:

Currently our college provide B.tech M.tech and PHDs to students and placement is pretty average for newly opened IIIT . Median package of CSE is 8.5 lakh and highest package is 40lakh which is pretty good.

the faculty here is good and undestandable.
the placements here are quiet good compared to other north east colleges.

Dislikes

there should be improvement in the mess as food is not tasty and insufficient to the students.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure , poor lab practice, poor washrooms and procrastination and procrastination, poor lab teachers, taking momey to a grest extent ,Semester end in 4months instead of 6 months, Randomly assigned assignment, and last minute assignment

Course Curriculum Overview:

My decision to choose this course is due the factors such as future career aspirations, passion, parental influence, job opportunities, etc. Our college curriculum prepares the students with benefits to deal with the real world such as a broader sense of community and more opportunities for collaboration. Some suggestions are supporting academic risk, building collaborative relationships, and many other benefits. Exams should be done in such a manner that it provides a good gap Between exams for the students to be mentally and physically stable.

Journey to NIT MANIPUR

Remarks:

It's a nit college so more chance to get placed in any reputed company. You can visit our official Website www.nitmanipur.ac.in to get everything you require. It's placed in a hilly and peaceful area providing good environment for studies. There's food problem a little bit for vegetarians as they focus on non veg more, though they prepare veg foods for vegetarians. Teachers are well learned here. A Good companies visit every year and placement package is also increasing year by year.
