The worst iiit in entire india

There is 4 month for each sem in which at starting you will be teach for 20 days after that your assessment 1 will come and after 20 days assessment 2 and than after 20 day's assessment 3 and after some days your lab exam and tha end sem than you will get 2 months break

We are juniors so we really dont know about the placements no faculty told how much average what is the highest placement and we himself didnt ask seniors about the placements also in website they mention it is 9 lacks average but we dont the reality inside

The total fees for 4 year btech program is 17.5lacks approx but the facilities are worst even in college it is not a 1 floor building the whole campus is around only 10 acres and also the hostels are worst in a single room there are 4 people living in a single room and also the washrooms bathrooms are common for whole students there is no cleanliness . There is also a new campus which is of 150 acres which college people says it will open next year this line every senior hearing from last 5 years

There are some hackathons in college in which proze is like 10k for winner and there is library from which you can get books for studies for free and sports culture is good you can select for inter iiit matches but based on your skill but in spprts there is no involvement pf faculty members one sport head from 3-4 year can select

In 1 sem your hostel facility is good they have one rented hotel type hostel in which 2 people live in a single room this is very nice but after that when 4 th yr leave the hostel you are shifted there after that your living is like a hell in a small room 4 people will live together . There is only 1 almirah and 1 table for each no ac nothing and also press iron and kettle no electric items are allowed and for using washing machine you have to pay 60 tupees for each time which is even costly than a laundry

I came here because of iiit tag and also i dont know the politics inside the college they all are just collecting money by fining in little little thing like you are not wearing id card or if you are playing game in a room in little bit high volume you are fined with 5000

There are 5 main members in college community in which 3 are hods and registrar . In which these 5 people will decide what to do if there is fight or you caught with cig alcohol they can decide and fine you upto 15000 and can also be suspended In exams they can give you backs without any reason

No i only appeared for jee and crack the counselling of josaa and than will report to college I got this college in round 6 of josaa counselling i have got 94 percentile in jee and got cse in iiit manipur

No nightlife because your entry time is last 7pm after that if you try to enter they will not open the gate and also order you to write application that you came late and after that they will fine you 5000 and if you didnt pay the fine they will increase the fine and didnt let you allow to appear on exams . Nearby there are many place to visit but you have to cover them from morning 5am to 7pm only and you can rent bike cars also from nearby shops
