Wahikom Mani's Girls’ College is located at Thoubal Okram, Manipur. The institution was established in the year 1980 with great enthusiasm. The institute was started by some local educationists, local people and social workers for the promotion of higher education of females in order to increase the rate of women's literacy. The college was formerly known as "Thobal girls" college. The college's present foundation was laid down in the year 1981. The Institute promotes women's higher education in rural areas from 10+2 to degree levels. The Institute is now affiliated to the Manipur University. The college has two units of National Service Scheme (NSS), namely Unit 1 and Unit 2.

My college journey

Likes

I like the way lectures teach us. They teach us thoroughly and make us feel free to ask the doubts with them and they are very Frank and close with us.
I like those facilities which is sports,arts, singing, dancing etc

Dislikes

I think some students are disrespect their teachers by showing their attitudes.and some naughty students didn't attend any classes and any assembly.
Using mobile during class should be prohibited and students should concentrate on the teaching

Admission:

There is some issue for my marksheet, that's why I didn't find any colleges because it's already last date and lastly I found a college and it is soo good college for me.And there is no entrance exam for my college.i directly admission here and paid 5000 as a total fees and we should paid 1600 for every form fillup of sem exam.

Likes

The teachers are very warm and communicative
It's near us and quite affordable too so it's convenient

Dislikes

The library is not always available and open for us
The classroom could improve more like other prominent colleges

Admission:

I chose this college because it's nearcme and convenient for me. I didn't apply to any other colleges. I could've got a better one with my mark but I didn't do it. Our college accepted students according to their 12th marks.
