Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum for the course is designed ideally by the department which would help students like us to gain knowledge regarding fashion designing and with other no elective courses. Apart from hat assignments and viva are conducted regularly by the college.
Placement Experience
In terms of placements and jobs, SOFT invited various companies and designers houses every year oi their annual placement events to help students get placed and start their careers. Apart from that colleges also train their students for interviews and with their Resume.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for the course costs around Rs 5.44 lakhs for the whole 3-year course. This amount is moderate compare with other fashion institute but with the kind of facilities and academics provided by university justifies the cost.
Campus Life
SOFT provides its students with various amenities and facilities which we students in their academics and college life. Apart from that practical training is conducted on the campus which is held in the designing labs which are good and highly safe to use and work in.
Admission
I got my admission in SOFT by applying through filling the online application form with your details and then appeared for the university entrance exam known as SOFT-CET. Once I cleared it I got a seat in college and visited the campus to sign up the formalities.
Faculty
I am happy with the faculty members of my department as they are highly educated and very kind towards students. Most of them are highly trained fashion designer so they often share their example and case studies which help us to gain detailed knowledge about the topic.
