Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is total fun and learning.Most of the work is practical and Designing clothes. Fashion designing is a total fun course and for those who love fashion it is best.Exams are not much hectic, all depends upon your talent and artisanry mind.
Placement Experience
The placement record of the SOFT is above good.I haven't go for placements as i want to start my own boutique but mostly students get placed and they are offered good amount of money.Average package of around 5LPA. Internships are also provided but some have to find companies for doing internship when collage doesn't provide one.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees was little expensive for me.For a middle class like me its obviously be expensive.For one year its near to Rs 1,35,000.And its 4 year long course.But i enjoyed these year thoroughly and now i am successful too so i think its all worthy.
Campus Life
Fashion shows are one of the main and my favourite events that held. Students of different departments also participate in them.Sometimes models are the students themselves which is Interesting.Atmosphere is good and all the facilities provided is impressive.
Admission
I got admission after giving the common entrance test they have for admission in the college.After that they release the merit list on the basis of which students get selected.The exam is not much tough it all depends on how creative one mind is.And i am was very happy at that time when i got shortlisted.
Faculty
Every teacher is amazaing in their own way.They support the students so they perform well and my interaction was always good with them.They show how to do design step by step,no hurry. Some were guest faculties,they were super amazing and great personalities.
