Yes, you can surely pursue M.Des Graphic design, as the rule says you need to have passed UG degree with relevant discipline from a recognized University to be eligible for getting selected.
The eligibility of an M.Des. in Textile Design is to complete B.Des. in Textile Design or other relevant specialisation and from a recognised board.
