Student Snaps:
Course Curriculum Overview:
Their are many branches in fashion and i am textile student as all branches and their facilities are good as all morden resourse are also available in college it self ve can work on it as we are required.
The teachers are really good And enthusiastic about teaching
The courses are fun and interactive and not boring to sit with
The college is safe and feels like a friendly environment
Dislikes
The things used for our work are too expensive and not, everyone can afford it
The college front road is not good to Walk on
Since it’s a women’s College, there is a lot of boys around
Course Curriculum Overview:
The timing and frequency of exams is very very long and a bit tiring. The teaching and curriculum methods are good. They use interactive methods and host a lot of interactive activities that actually help us with the course. I'm not sure how this prepares us for the real world, but I'm pretty sure it helps us with problem solving and budget
healthy environment, spacious rooms and classrooms
communicative staff and students with easy board in process
many interactive activity happens during 1st year
Dislikes
unresponsive nature of few staff members
exam stress is pretty intense by that time
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course as I always wanted to pursue photography and I was good at arts & design.
Faculty was very limited, and in all four years of the course not much changed in faculty & the strength of the class was around 40 students as the fashion communication department had only 1 batch.
Teaching methods were satisfactory, teachers were very well knowledged about the subject and helpful too.
Term exams usually used to be after 4 months, there used to be 2 term exams in an academic year. Passing difficulty was tough, attendance played a very crucial role, and girls with less attendance were not allowed to take exams (whatever may be the reason).
Infrastructure is really big and the canteen food is amazing
Hostel is very big, 10 floors and they have so much fun over there
The faculty should take lectures kn time and not show up late!
Dislikes
The bus service should be on time, they don't leave on time
Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty knows what they're teaching. Although some of them hardly even come to class. Most of the time they cancel the lecture and people like us who come from far away need to go home for half day most of the time. It gets annoying.
SOFT is one of the best go to places for girls who are fashion technology aspirants. I had an amazing time in the college and learned tremendously there both academically and professionally. I will forever have this place close to my heart.
I was very much attracted and passionate about jewellery. And i live in Pune ,so what can be better than SOFT.I match the eligibility criteria of 10+2 and filled up the admission form. Also given the SOFT-CET which was the main admission criteria. After that i was selected on the basis of my scores .
I got admission after giving the common entrance test they have for admission in the college. After that they release the merit list on the basis of which students get selected. The exam is not much tough it all depends on how creative one mind is.And i am was very happy at that time when i got shortlisted.
I got my admission in SOFT by applying through filling the online application form with your details and then appeared for the university entrance exam known as SOFT-CET. Once I cleared it I got a seat in college and visited the campus to sign up the formalities.
To seek admission to the college you have to clear the university entrance exam SOFT-CET. But before you have to fill the admission form and and if you are selected in the merit list provided by the university visit the campus and submit your documents and fees.
To get admission into the college we had to take the SOFT CET entrance exam. The college shortlisted students based on the marks they got in their 12th standard and the entrance exams. I loved fashion and wanted to do something related to the subject so I found the course really good.
