Remarks
Overall, My campus life was better. The Infrastructure of my campus was extremely good. Our faculty members were good and supportive. Many other basic necessities like medical facility and hostel facility were also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course was quite easy with a lot of practical things along with the theoritical part. The university also offered B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech in agriculture and many more courses. Hence, the Course Curriculum was relevant for students and examination were divided into two categories internal and external.
Placement Experience
The University of Agricultural Sciences is established by the goverment of karnataka. It provides both types of job private as well as government. Usually, the placement record was high at that time when I was studied there. About 90% of the students got job in my batch. I don't know about the internships offered by the university.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Fee structure of this university is feasible and can be easily affordable by the students. The fee structure of my course B.Sc(Agriculture) was Rs.8,980 for first year and Rs. 7,190 for the rest 3 years. So,the total fees was Rs. 30,550 for 4 years.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarrship were provided to the students who got highest marks in their batch and scholarship amount (2000-2500) was provided to that particular student. According to my point of view, there was no loan facility because the fee structure was already low.
Campus Life
There was an auditorium hall, seminar hall. Cultural events, game events and some other computation were held in college. At my time, I had the choice to join the sports team of cricket, football, basketball etc. Some of the events were krishi mela where different technologies invented were provided to farmers
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I opted for hostel. In my time, All facilities were provided at the campus hostel. Nobody was ragged as Juniors were treated like friends by the Seniors. There were 4/3/2/1 seater room available.Rooms were attached with washroom, bed, table, chair, almirahs etc. My monthly fees was 2k including food charges.
