Course Curriculum Overview

My lecturers n HOD's conduct weekly n monthly tests followed by unit and quarterly and prefinals. If they notice any student was in poor condition in studies. They took some personal care about that student.

Placement Experience

As I'm from science background, we had placement offers from cococola, reddy labs etc. Placements were conducted in a very good way. The average package went around Rs 5 lakhs per annum which was sufficient I think.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is very feasible that students can get scholarships and fee reambussments. I paid 4000 fee per year. It may vary to other groups. Our lecturers also support students who are not able to pay fee.

Campus Life

Teachers day, Fresher's day, Farewell, Anniversary, Gurupournami, Yoga day, more and more activities are held here. They also conduct so many workshops and Intercollegiate botany quest which is very exciting.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is there for both boys and girls in our college. Each of the rooms is furnished with amenities like a bed with storage, a mattress, a cupboard allocated to each occupant, and a study desk.

Admission

I got admission into this college through my score in the common entrance test conducted by the college. The college takes in students on the basis of their performance in the CET entrance exam. I scored well in CET and could manage to get admitted into this college.

The very best faculty I have ever seen. college feels like home to us. The faculty members guide us really well. In such a way to achieve all our dreams. They show us the path which is right to choose in difficult situations. They are very friendly.

Some curriculum like lab technician,vast study in the course, better higher studies opportunities, lead to some of the factors influencing me to choose this course. The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

NIT Silchar Review: Campus, Career and Career Prospects

Placement Experience:

NIT Silchar has decent placement stat. Approx 75 percent student got placement from campus and they got decent package. In NIT Silchar from 7th semester students are eligible for placement and company comes whole year for recruiting. Approx 100 company visit the college throughout the year. In tech Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart and more companies come. For core L&T, Adani, Tata Steel and more companies come. For service base Infosys, TCS, Wipro will come and give good offer. Highest package will come from tech company and that is 52lpa and average from all companies will lie from 10 to 12 lpa . My plans is that in my 4th year atleast I will get one job. If I don't get job then I will try from off campus or giving paper for government job

"Genuine Review of BCA at ADP College: Good Faculty but Average Placements"

Placement Experience:

"To be honest, the campus placement at ADP College is average. Students become eligible for placements from the 5th or 6th semester. Since this is a general degree college, we don't see very big tech giants visiting frequently. Mostly, students try for off-campus drives like TCS Smart Hiring or Wipro WILP. Some local IT firms and agencies from Nagaon and Guwahati also visit the campus. The average salary package is around 1.8 Lakhs to 2.5 Lakhs per annum. The highest package usually goes up to 3 Lakhs. Around 30% to 40% of students get placed, mostly in roles like Junior Developer, System Support, or BPO sectors. Many students prefer to go for higher studies instead of taking these jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love computer. And in future I want to be a developer so opt this integrated cource that will complete by BSC and MSC in one go . The respected teachers and senior will also help me in my difficulties as well . The and internships that are provided will also work as a part of experience . The learning experience will be much better then every classrooms are provided with smartboards . AC will be also a good option as the students have to travel for 1hr in bus before the class starts . The semester happens twice every year and 2-3 internals are conducted as well before each semester. Though the exams aren't that hard as it is mostly based on classwork.
