Remarks

The college is helping government to promote tourism by providing great professionals to the industry. It also enhancing attitudes of the people to settle in the changing environment and serve the hospitality industry.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is based on both practical as well as theoretical knowledge. The three year course is designed to train the students with all the required skills, knowledge etc. efficiently to make them able to serve the hospitality sector responsibly.

Placement Experience

There is definitely a good record for campus placement every year. The students have to qualify the interview to get recruited. The companies like hyatt, marriott, burger king etc. comes as a top recruiters.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I had not faced any difficulty in making payment of the fees as i found it feasible. The total fees for the entire three year course is ?3,18,000. It can be paid across all the six semesters which reduces the burden of paying a lump sum amount.

Campus Life

The college organises the three day annual food and fun festival which is very exciting. The college also conducts sports day every year to motivate the students towards being fit and healthy. It has a food production lab.

Admission

I appeared for the entrance examination that is NCHMCT JEE to take admission in this college. Every detail about the admission procedure is available on the website. The application form can be filled online .

Faculty

I was happy with the faculty members as they stuck to the medium of communication which is english. They are highly qualified and they treat the students with politeness and patience. They are helping in becoming a good human being.

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Peekay college, The heaven of studies and programs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers. Real world applications are that i can be a good psychologist. The exams are gaped 6 months. Difficulty depends on the teachers who prepare the exam papers. But mainly it is syllabus based.
