Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum included everything important that we neeelded to understand and learn. It focused on our understanding of the concepts. The language, vocabulary and sentences used were according to our level and easy to understand.

Placement Experience

3

While studying here, our future looked very bright. We did not have campus placements, neither were any internship opportunities provided. But when we went out to find jobs through other sources, we received good jobs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The first year fees was around ?4,800. Admission fees and examination fees of around ?800 was included in this amount. The total fees for 3 years of my course was about ?12,000. This was affordable for most of us.

Campus Life

Annual sports were conducted in January every year. We participated in different matches, and the teachers did too. Annual competition included the college debate, quiz, and other activities and we used to win prizes for it.

Hostel Facilities

A hostel facility is available. The hostel is named Sadhana Sarkar Memorial Hostel. There were four floors in the building. Food was available. There were a student room, visitor's room and assembly hall.

Admission

My family and I wanted an only girls' college for my degree completion. This looked like a good one. So I applied here for B.Sc. Hons., which wasn't available in many other colleges near us. Selection was through merit list.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty were dedicated towards us. Our seniors used to say that they would treat us like their children, and they honestly did. They gave in all their experience and knowledge to make sure that we would succeed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The structure of curriculum is not so great. Definitely there is a scope for improvement . We are under MAKAUT university and through job readiness perspective the structure of curriculum is below average. Lots of inclusion of different subjects are needed along with the exclusion of lengthy monotonous subjects which doesn't yield any result.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

This college is affiliated to MAKAUT University and many top companies visit the campus during placements. The senior are quite helpful to the juniors. Its an anti ragging campus. Infrastructure is quite good but not the best out there.Faculty percentage is little less at least what i felt throught my academic session but atleast better than other colleges.Labs are all in working condition with lab technicians.College offers some workshops and webinars very pften to allow students to indulge to get insight into industry relevant ideas.
