Remarks

It is a great college. I have mentioned everything about the college extensively and I would suggest to have a look at the course if you are the nutritionist and wants to expand your knowledge. It is a reasonable course in the applied nutrition.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is for two years and it resolves mostly around the research based on the periodic assessment of nutrient intakes, health etc to improve the productive health of the society. The research work done helps the government in framing policies.

Placement Experience

4

The placement is good and we get hired as a researcher by the government. Even the private firms are investing in such courses where they offer a good package. They conduct national nutrition program and hire people to conduct surveys and formulate the policies for the benefit of the society.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is pretty decent and feasible. It amounts to 78,000 INR for the two year course. The first amount to be paid is 48,000 and the second year amount to be paid is 30,000. It offers practical knowledge of the subject which is worth paying this much amount.

Campus Life

The college has a dedicated research labs to work on the nutritional factors for the development of health sector of the society. It has a library facility available in the campus and it has a large collection of books.

Admission

The college conducts an entrance exam named AP-PGMET for the admission in the college. It requires a Bachelor's degree in the B.SC in nutrition/home science etc. or MBBS degree to qualify for taking the exam. Later, the interview process takes place for the final admisison.

Faculty

4.5

It has the best faculties who are research scientists or are working under the government with the health department. They holds the doctorate degree in major subjects related to health and nutrition. They assist us in carrying out the researches and give their constructive feedback.
