Good Institute for Nutrition studies.

The course curriculum is quite modified and well planned . The academic year consists of two semester. There are total four semester. The curriculum is planned in consultation with International and National standards in the area of sports Nutrition. The are both theory and practical papers. Examinations are conducted on both theory and practical papers. The institute conducts Internal Assessment and final examination in each semester.

There are many career options in the field of sports Nutrition. After completing the course, students can start their career as a Sports Nutritionist in central and state or private owned academics. Students can also work as a sports Nutrition educators or counsellors, Product or supplement development in various organizations.

The institute organizes many events like Celebration of Republic and Independence day,Teachers day,National seminars, workshops, world environment day etc. The participation of both teachers and students in all the events is very good.

The fees of the course is around 1,97500 lakh rupees. In the first year we have to pay around 105,500 rupees and in the second year we have to pay around 92000 rupees which is little expensive for most of the students.

Both indoor and outdoor activities are integral part of our institute. Many track events, field trips, cultural programmes, Freshers day, sports activities are organized which help us a lot to develop our talents and skills.

After qualifying my bachelor degree in Home science with 70 of marks, i took admission in this institute. The minimum eligibility is to pass B. Sc degree in (Home science /Food and Nutrition) or B. Sc in life science or M.B.B.S or B.A.M.S with minimum 55 percent of marks are eligible to get admission. Students need to appear an entrance examination to get admission in this course. The final selection is based on the marks obtained in entrance examination and on the marks obtained in bachelor degree.

The teachers of our department are very kind and polite nature. All teachers are very much interested to teach us on a particular course. They have a very good communication skills. The give equal importance to each and every students.
