Course Curriculum Overview
My course is a 2 year post graduate course in English Language and Literature. My course covers a detailed study of English literary studies, theories, criticism and pedagogy which are all in the form of theory.
Placement Experience
My college provides 100% placements and many job opportunities in the course of M.A in English. The highest pay received by one of my seniors was about 15 LPA which was more than enough for students like me.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my course is around 20,000 rupees excluding the fees of my hostel and food. Hence according to me, this fee was quite feasible for me as compared to the other colleges whose fees are very expensive.
Campus Life
My college support many extracurricular activities such as football, cricket, swimming, table tennis, badminton and kabbadi along with many brain booster quizzes which happens twice in a year, while other sports events keep repeating itself for 3 times a year.
Alumni/Alumna
My seniors in my college are like a helping hand to me, as they never hesitate to give away their precious time to me and always supported me during the time of my examinations and also helps me to understand a certain topic which I had trouble studying.
Admission
The candidate should be a third year general graduate and a third year general pass graduate with a minimum of 300 marks in the subject concerned along with a 1 year bridge course in relevant subject. M.A. in a subject other than the professional subjects is eligible for admission for M.A. in any other subjects.
Faculty
The teachers of our college have excellent vocabulary in English that they always speak with an English accent. Their teaching skills are beyond comparison with other colleges. They are also very kind and gentle as they doesn't hesitate to answer any of the queries of the students, even in the night.
