IIT Bombay is fun. I love the campus. the faculty is really good here. I am a research-oriented person and love the atmosphere here. All in all IIT Bombay is the best place I could ever be and love these two years of my life

IIT- JAM (Biotechnology) all India rank- 17 I opted for my masters from IIT because wanted to experience the IIT life. the labs here are top class and many facilities available are exclusive.

The course curriculum is designed to give us in-depth knowledge of the latest techniques in the field of biotechnology available today. professors give us an opportunity to learn more from not only the textbooks but also the latest research going on in a particular field.

A lot of companies come and offer internships here.10-20k stipend per month is normally offered. Students need to sit for the interview. on clearing the selected students are offered internship and given an industrial experience during summer break

Placements are offered by industries during campus placements institute has its own placement cell in my course basically the package is around 12 lacs pa

The cultural fest here is the best in the whole of Asia called mood indigo, we have a tech-fest lined up with mood indigo, and a number of clubs run in the institute and carry out their events.

The fee structure is as compared to the facilities they provide its about 20000 per semester and hostel mess charges are different around 15000 per semester

Scholarships for economically backward people run here and are offered to students. Loans for laptop etc are also available tablets are distributed to students

Institute gender ratio is a problem 1 girl for 10 boys but still being here is fun workshops, parties, extracurricular activities, cultural events are unending and happen the whole year

The hostel is quite spacious mess food is okay and decently good. Hostel activities are there which makes studies even easier

A strong network is their alumni cell is there in the institute alumni interact with their department and their hostel students and share their experiences with them

Very cool, we have mid-semester and end semester exams in between there are class quizzes to check if the student it understanding the subject.

Amazing is the word highly qualified, aspiring faculty all are ready to help students at any time of the day not at all strict purely research-oriented amazing teaching skills share their experiences with us.
