The 4 years of your graduation are one of the most important years of your life. A good college for spending them is a must because it is from here that you step into the word of opportunities. IITB is the best at least in India for that,be it placements,equipments,faculty,enjoyment well I forgot to mention the OAT open air theatre you can be sure of it when you are here. Yes some foreign institutes may be questioned to be better when it comes to research work but you have opportunities to go there too once you complete your graduation. The experience is great really-really worth of the excessive hard work you do to get admitted. These 4 years changes your life to great good and makes you prepared for the world.

I gave IIT JEE 2015. In mains I scored 295 out of 360 and in advance a score of 290 and managed to grab an AIR 640. I opted for IIT BOMBAY because it is one of the best engineering colleges of the country. We in India have very few really good colleges and this is one of them where u get what u deserve after two years of hard work.

It is excellent in the first year students of all streams are taught the same curriculum for basic engineering along with much of the what we have already studied but with an extra edge. As heard by seniors the curriculum ahead is fantastic too it teaches you the depths of the subject.

After the first second semester I am planning to take internship in Delhi,I have been assisted about this by many seniors and friend the stipend offered is generally a handsome about certainly not less.

Placements are just awesome this year itself around 300 companies visited the campus round about 400 students of bachelors got on campus placements from packages ranging from 60 lack-2 crore. The campus placement share was about 79% which is huge and was greater than the last years. When you are IITB you need not care of placements all you need to do is build yourself for the future.

IITB organizes Asia's biggest cultural fest MOOD INDIGO artists from all over the country and from across the globe visit the campus to display their skills and for entertainment,various rock bands,dance groups etc. Visit every year. TECHFEST is also organized each year from participants from all over the world I would say I have never seen a fest like such one could see models like never thought. You learn and get motivated to a great extend on seeing such environment around you.

Fee structure is very feasible after all you pay only 20% of whats spent on you due to government concessions. We also get scholarships here. Talking in figures most of the courses range from about 80,000-120,000 a year.

I don't know about it much but yes there are various scholarship provisions after bachelors you get chance to go abroad through student exchange programme the staff and teachers assist us much about it later.

At IITB you live an extraordinary life. The campus is one of the best among any engineering colleges in India . From LHC(lecture hall) to SAC(student activity center) one experiences the highest and best standards from academics to sports and entertainment. The labs are fully equipped with latest technical instruments and machines. simulators are such that wont see anywhere in India. An enriched library with lacks of books on topics diverging from cosmos to nanotech,subscriptions of thousands of magazines including nature etc best cultural fest and technical fests,recently IITB is organizing robowar as a part of Techfest 2015. Excellent sporting facilities which transform your interest into talents,great alumni network from within the country and abroad. Humble gender ratio stress bursting hostel parties with friends and seniors too no discrimination at all we all treat each other as the best students of the nation for we actually are the best,cooperative behaveior among students towards each other a politically stable environment.

Hostels are great they are like your home when you are at IIT and we all live as a family here in the first year we share our room sometimes in the second too hen we get a separate room the campus is Wi-Fi enabled,here is where new experiences are made you hang up with your friends and enjoy btw we do that at SAC (student activity center) too. Mess is excellent and huge really huge. Food is great and cheap too.

Frankly speaking you have to go through bit of ragging buts that's not ragging actually its not punishing you enjoy rather than being troubled by it. Seniors are otherwise mostly supportive. Talking about alumni network I am impressed by it and surely any one would be very intellectual and subject geniuses visit the campus on workshops, seminars etc.

Exam structure has no flaws in it it follows the regular structure you see at all the IITs. Yes the lab tests are very thorough but one has to go through it all measures to prevent hectic schedules is taken care of with sufficient gap between two tests.

Excellent you surely are not going to find such faculty anywhere in India they are very much experienced,intellectual and masters of their subjects.
