Remarks

It is one of the best engineering colleges in the state with great many facilities. I feel proud to be its student.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is technology based and it follows the practical based approach. It is structured according to the ease for the student. The examination follows the semester based approach. Exams are held twice a year.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are good. I saw many seniors of mine get selected for various posts in various companies. The package is also good for freshers.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible and the sum total for the whole 4 year long course is Rs 38,000/-. The fee structure for the first year is Rs 11,000/- and for the next three years it is Rs 9,000/- for each.

Campus Life

The labs are well equipped and the libraries house the 10k+ books. Many sports events are organized and the college also has other extra curricular activities like workshops, cultural and national events along with NCC, NSS, etc.

Admission

I applied in the college after passing my 10+2 with 87 percent. I appeared in engineering entrance exam and got excellent marks. My name got shortlisted among the top meritorious candidates and I got selected in civil engineering department.

The college faculty is a team of dedicated professional. I learned a lot from them and still am learning. They take their duties seriously and perform them profoundly. I feel blessed and proud to study and learn under their guidance.

Placement Experience:

In Msc courses, there are no placements offered by the institute. However the institute of technology offers placements for btech and mtech students. The highest package this year was 12LPA and the average package was 8 LPA.

Before the admissions there was an entrance exam held which is known as PAT ( Polytechnic Admission test) which is held between July -August for new batches . After the entrance exams the students cleared go through councelling where the authorities allocate the students preferred the institutes of their choice in regards to their marks obtained . The students fillup the online registration forms with a hardcopy with their birth certificate 10th and 12th marks and if they have studied in some other colleges or schools with a Transfer certificate from that particular college or school . The faculty members of the college recheck the required documents (hardcopy) in the allotted institute of the students and further go through the process of fee payment....Read More
