Course Curriculum Overview
The entire course is more of practical oriented as the students are constantly participating in exhibitions, visiting museums and archives to study artifacts and also attending various seminars on the same.
Placement Experience
Once the course is completed, anyone can get a placement as a curator, professor, archivist, archeologist and an exhibit designer anywhere in the world. Internships can be sought too by taking permission from the department head.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for this course of M.A are 11,000/- for a year i.e 22,000/- for two years. The fees are feasible for everyone as it's not that expensive. Anyone who wishes to study this course can afford it easily.
Campus Life
These activities include various workshops, seminars, study tour in India and abroad as well. Experts are called in to discuss various topics and also ancient languages too. Students are encouraged to learn these languages as well through these workshops.
Admission
As I had a keen interest in history from the beginning I opted for masters in the same. To get an admission here, one has to submit an application form which is available on the college website. This is followed by an entrance test and an interview, based on which admissions are made.
Faculty
The entire faculty is well qualified. They motivate students to participate in all the activities that go on in the campus. The teachers organize various workshops and visits which is beneficial for us.
