Course Curriculum Overview

There are total 8 semesters in my academics. Semesters pattern is quite nice in comparison to the yearly pattern. Whole syllabus has been divided according to semesters. For getting promoted into the next semester one need to qualify the exam of former semester

Placement Experience

Placements opportunities are quite rich. Any student choose this Institute because of their Placement and salaries offers. Previous year college median salary was 5.81 lacs rupees just with a B.Tech degree. Internships are available for the students of 2nd/3rd year

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee of this college is very justified. All the 19 IIITs have different fee structure according to it's popularity. My fee is not very high and consists all the charges applied by the college. I pay 1,95lac on annual basis

Fees and Financial Aid

Schlorships are available on the basis of two criteria First is belonging to SC and ST category Second is on the merit of the students Schlorships can be taken away if the performance of students degrades.

Campus Life

Our college has a special competition famous in all the other 18 IIITs "coding competition" Student who won this gets the title of Coding champion with trophy and other certificates. We get different types of opportunities to take part in the college.

Admission

All the 19 Institutes of IIT follows a same pattern of selection procedure that it based on the marks of JEE Mains. Initially I was preparing for IIT and I qualified Jee Mains with good marks but due to some problems I didn't go for JEE advance paper and I came across this esteemed institution

Faculty

IIIT Trichy is quite famous for teachers. All professors are very talented and knowledgeable people. They have the answers of all the questions.They even give us 15 min time after teaching us so that we can ask them any question based on that following topic.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

I like the MBA to learn about the marketing domain and gather the proper information. And I planned to do the course in the KVIM and they used the digital methods to the course and the give the proper content to succeed the course

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

Admission:

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.

I have got seat in NIT but due late in PAF fee payment and other some unknown issues i have got rejected and the seat has been canclled in josaa councilling.I have got this college in CSAB counclling even though is good in perspective of hostel facility and in other . The admission process to get inyp this college JEE mains should be cleared with good percentail and rank .The admission process is through JOSAA and CSAB councilling process cutoff for SC,ST category rank around 3000 and for OC ,EWS ,OBC is below 60000 rank...Read More
