Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculam was very much thorough, where I learnt about IPR, biopharmaceutics, formulation development, biotechnology, biostatistics, regulatory affairs. Exam structure is flat relying on a percentile system rather than percentage system exams were held on six months (semester) basis. It was not exactly hectic nor was chill experience.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are good. Most of the courses in NIPER is research based having a better job prospectives. most of the students almost around 90% of the students gets placed in various reputed company in India as well as abroad.dr. Reddys lab, EVS, sun pharma, Cipla, GSK, Glenmark etc takes part in the job fest and offers approximately 5 7 lacs pa.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is a National Institute funding was there for every research work which needed so many instruments, chemicals & equipments so fee is feasible and a less affordable student could get world class facilities.

Campus Life

Campus life was cool we had great experience with seniors and juniors. We went for an outing with seniors just after joining. Gender ratio was about 6:4. There were quite good workshops related to IPR. There was a high tolerance towards gender equality and no consideration was given to race, religion, region either.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good. We have a group of alumni in social medias like facebook, instagram and linkedin and through these groups we share with each other life experiences and any job opportunities available.

Admission

The candidates will be admitted to all the PG courses on the basis of the written test- NIPER Joint Entrance Exam, conducted by NIPER. The qualified candidates will be called for the counseling at the university campus.

Faculty

4

The faculty at college are well known researcher in India in fact staff brought industrial projects at college based on their experience. Their approach was mostly practical. They were very good and helped us in every way they could.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For a programme, most of the fundamental course help us build our foundations for applications in real life. It builds us, the knowledge we are required to have for solving issues related to this field. There are some department electives which we can choose as well as open electives which we can choose during the course of our programme, for us. That will be a total of 8 semesters. For doing best during the programme, I suggest, a student to do their best during the first 3 exams, since those exams are scoring but scoring in endsem becomes comparatively difficult due to extreme rigorous checking.

The curriculum that is followed there is in accordance to ugc norms, that means its similar to Delhi University syllabus. Because of the syllabus in BA, it helped me to crack the PG entrance of DU. Although for humanities students they could include more practical learning as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is not at all easy like all the other courses but since this course deals with life and death situations I would say the practical applications introduction has lead to a better side of this course. This course is completedly real world based curriculum. The faculty members are well equipped to everything they teach and the methods currently focus on application based studies. This course has many exams each month and therefore the student has to study properly.
