Course Curriculum Overview

I access the course curriculum with the help of many sources like, Library facility, E books facility, An online study by various scientific journals, And by many standard references At last guidance of many seniors, Ph.D.'s, and my batch mates also by our guide.

Placement Experience

4.5

most of the courses in NIPER is research based having a better job prospectives. most of the students almost around 90% of the students gets placed in various reputed company in India as well as abroad.dr. Reddys lab, EVS, sun pharma, Cipla, GSK, Glenmark etc takes part in the job fest and offers approximately 5 - 7 lacs pa for MS students and around 10 - 20 lacs PA for deserving PHD candidates.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As its a totally central govt funded univ the MBA course fee is nominal. It was 1.76 lakh for 2 years which also included the lodging.

Campus Life

Every event is celebrated in NIPER as the students from different state community studies here deepawali, new yeaar, pongal, onam, dusshera, eid, christmas and all other eves are celebrated by the teachers and students alltogether with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students from different community and different states takes admission here according to their rank so there is a unity in diversity in NIPER no any case ragging has reported yet all students live freely and happily, different cultural activities are held during the semester breaks and all the students take part in the co curricular activities.

Admission

Firstly, after b. Pharmacy a national entrance exam is their which is GPAT then after clear this niper organise its own entrance exam which is NIPER JEE when the student get a good rank according to his/her capability then they alloted his branch according to their interest.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is one thing that is a concern for me. There is only 3 regular faculty. The faculty though they are qualified professionals, they do not teach whats out there in the industry. Its a very strong problem I am pointing out here, all of my alumnus and also myself are pretty well settled now but I would always give that our own handwork, in terms of college education, i will give only 10% credit to our position today. Faculty could be much better which could propel this course and college to the level of a B School.

Course Curriculum Overview:

See the field like medical from previous times it is very demanding and respectable work , from early days I am interested in medical field so I look after my preparation according to my interest,I think the way of learning from every individual is different so in that case the curriculum prepares you for real world applications by their teaching experience for further academic pursuits I will suggest they will atleast install a smart board or a projector to every class room so that the concepts are been learned by students in more practical way The frequency of the exams is like depending upon the course you chose for example if it's a 2 year course 2 sessional before the end semester exam of every upcoming semester

Placement Experience:

Placement Interviews officially start from 1st December every year. After 7 days the first phase is officially over. Everyone doesn't get placed. Around 12-15% students remain unplaced at the end of the placement season. To get them placed College organises later phase of the placement season but the companies in that are not generally well established. College also contacts it's alums for the placement. Highest CTC is around 2.4Cr(international), Average- 22L and lowest below ₹10L. For my course most of the students do not apply for placements, they apply for Masters in foreign universities. Microsoft, Google hire in bulk with each hiring 20-25 students and they pay around ₹40L -45L. Placement committee contacts and invites the companies for placement season. The process is definitely not 100% transparent as there are some instances of favoritism.

Placements do not happen. No students only apply for NET and other qualifying exams after our college. I am not aware about companies that are preferred. There should be proper internship provided to students.
