Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well-versed. It taught us all the subjects that we needed to be the best version of ourselves. The exams for 5 semesters are conducted inside the university but the last semester is conducted by following the rules and regulations laid out by University of Mumbai.

Placement Experience

The college has placement cell through which a number of students have always gotten their first job. The average package given to the students is Rs.1.5 lac per annnum. At least 65% of the students get the jobs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for every year is around ?127,000; subject to any changes by the university. The fees is a little bit expensive but students who come in the minority category are provided scholarship based on their level of income.

Campus Life

The college has an amazing infrastructure. It has conference halls, walking labs, and auditoriums for guest lectures. The university has always conducted an annual sports meet where students participate with a lot of zeal.

Admission

I chose this course as I have a keen interest in architecture and remodelling. The admission in this college was pretty simple after I cleared the NATA exams conducted all over India. Once I passed that, I applied for this college on their official website.

Faculty

The faculty is amazing and cannot be criticized at all. In my first year of college, I was so lost that I did not know how to focus on the subjects and how to achieve what I came here to achieve. But the teachers guided me and motivated me a lot.

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.
